1. Meet & greet

2. Get the facts/survey the plot plan or house plans

3. Butter paper sketches prepared from customer input & ideas

4. Meeting to discuss pool designs

5. Choose pool design

6. Bid pool design

7. Complete proposal (total project)

8. Lay out design for approval

9. Project begins
